Average live weight at harvest is 1000 pounds; and our beef is USDA inspected, dry aged, and vacuum packaged and frozen. Beef can be purchased by either the half or whole animal, and cut or processed according to your specifications. We can also make specialty items, such as beef jerky and beef sticks.
